SERVICES Electricity use is monitored by a sub meter and the Landlord will charge the Tenant for electricity used every quarter. Oil fired central heating is fitted within the building and the incoming tenant will be required to negotiate with the outgoing tenant to purchase the quantity of oil remaining.
