Formulary (netFormulary) Searching for a specific drug On all tabs displayed there is a Search box where you can search for a specific drug If the drug you have added to the search engine does not find any matches then it is classed as Non-formulary i.e not included in the Joint Formulary Search for Codeine There are 6 matches, Click on the first match and the following page will be presented giving a guide to the various presentations, icons and the RAG rating. At the bottom of the BNF chapter opened in full section, there is a guide to each icon and the traffic light status descriptions. (netFormulary) To access Chapters To access a chapter click on the ‘Chapters’ tab. You then need to click on the ‘Full Section’ tab which will then display the full section of the Cardiovascular System with all the recommend drugs and full RAG rating. You will also see any ESCA links, local guidance, NICE guidance or MHRA advice.
