Running head: GANGSTALKING: A REAL PHENOMENON Gangstalking: A Real Phenomenon or “It’s All Just in Your Head”? George H. Stewart Independent Researcher 1 GANGSTALKING: A REAL PHENOMENON 2 Abstract In an attempt to see if gangstalking is a real phenomenon or a mental disease being suffered en masse, we look towards and analyze the available information. After comparing the various and recent influx of personal accounts online, estimates of the number of victims, brain scans, historic and modern evidence of gangstalking, and historic and modern evidence of energy weapon abuse on citizens as well as looking at court testimony and legal documents it is most likely that gangstalking is a real phenomenon that is being perpetrated by a sect of the federal government with local criminals and local agents doing most of the work and to take the fall if it is ever exposed. Despite the growing number of personal accounts online, little to no exposure is being given in the mainstream

media, especially on television channels. The author suggests a class action lawsuit against the government to bring awareness to the public at large. This can be seen with the trend of academic papers written on the subject within the past few years (Sheridan, 2015; Sarteschi, 2018; Sheridan, 2020) when there was none before (perhaps group stalking, but not gangstalking as defined in this paper) and the relatively recent large number of sites, 1 articles,2,3,4 YouTube videos,5 and Facebook groups6 now existing that cover the topic. But the question remains: what is really happening? Are large numbers of individuals suddenly being harassed by groups of people, who many believe to be

connected to the government, or do they suffer from some type of mental delusions? Unfortunately as Chairman of the Technological Crime Victims Network, Terukatsu Ishibashi, points out, these crimes, if they exist, are generally unknown to the public and most only become aware of them after becoming a victim themselves. And once you become a victim, people have a hard time believing you. As of July 20, 2020, all appear to be active. GANGSTALKING: A REAL PHENOMENON 4 To give some clarity and understanding, let’s look at some terms and language used by the community of people

claiming to be victims. Terms “Gangstalking” (spelled that way by the community of victims, but often spelled as “gang stalking” or “gang-stalking” in academic papers or referred to as “group stalking” in academia) is a term that pretty much defines itself: a group of people stalking others. However, the gangstalking described in these online accounts doesn’t simply mean being followed by a group of people but being followed in a coordinated, organized, and premeditated fashion that often includes a nationwide, if not worldwide, network of perpetrators. The goal is clearly to cause mental distress As for the purpose of the mental distress (suicide of the victim, fun for the stalkers, etc.) is unknown This term per the Technological Crime Victims Network, a nonprofit organization, 7 is also described as “overt harassment” as the victim is to know they are being watched and followed as this is what causes the distress for the individual. Despite the name, it is done

in such a way that others around the victim (friends, family, acquaintance, and strangers) are clueless to the crime happening before their eyes. “Perp” is short for perpetrator and is a term used to describe those doing the gangstalking. Many victims believe that many perpetrators have no idea what is really going on or who their victim is as the gangstalking program (again, if there is one) is believed to be highly compartmentalized and includes people who simply need money or are trying to prove their usefulness. In other words, they believe some perps are blindly following orders (“Drive by this house ten times with your red car and we’ll give you a $50 gift card”) while others might have more knowledge of what is the real agenda/program. 7 Technological Crime Victims Network. person suffers from delusions and hallucinations. This is often the disease people will tell a gangstalking victim that they have to brush off the victim’s experiences as nonsense. “DEWs” is short for “Directed Energy Weapons.” 8 They are also called “Targeted Energy Weapons.” They are often, but not always, used on gangstalking victims These energy weapons are often divided into two main categories by the community: radiation/microwave weapons (used to burn victims) and sonic weapons (used to cause bodily vibration and painful sensations in your head). It is believed these weapons can be used on you from a distance and through walls. The use of these weapons on a person is referred to as “electronic harassment.” 9 The fact that most victims started out with only gangstalking to then have energy weapons added to their harassment/torture suggests that this is a systematic program that is about controlling another person’s behavior through escalating punishment.

“Psychotronics” is about the interaction between the mind (psycho) and electronics (tronics). While this includes DEWs, it also includes other unknown-if-they-exist devices like V2K (voice-to-skull), mind control, and mind reading devices that is talked about by the community. GANGSTALKING: A REAL PHENOMENON 6 The use of psychotronics to harass is referred to as “covert harassment” by the Technological Crime Victims Network as it isn’t clear to the victim what exactly is going on or who is behind the attacks, and the victim could believe that it really is “all in their head” as many friends and family might suggest. A “Targeted Individual” is a victim of gangstalking. As the phrase suggests, they are targeted by a group of people. However, this phrase is used by some to only describe those gangstalking victims who have DEWs or other psychotronic weapons aimed at and used on them, hence the word “Targeted”. As there is no official definition and seemingly two unofficial ones, it can be hard to tell what context the phrase “Targeted Individual” is being used in the community at times. In this paper, “Targeted Individual” will refer to anyone suffering from gangstalking. If that person also has energy weapons used on them, it’ll be

made clear in the reading. The phrase is often spelled capitalized and can be shortened to “TI” or “TIs”. GANGSTALKING: A REAL PHENOMENON 7 Is it all in the head? To prove or disprove the gangstalking phenomenon, many would look at the numbers. However, this has already been well researched. The Technological Crime Victims Network has conducted a 10-year survey with 1,200 people claiming to be victims and found their experiences similar enough to show a connection between them. Lorraine Sheridan (2020) estimates about “as many as 0.66% of adult women and 017% of adult men in the western world may suffer the subjective experience of being group-stalked”. With a population of about 330,000,000, that is about 1,089,000 women and 280,500 men just in the United States. Even if only 1/10 of those group stalked fall into the term we describe as “gangstalking” that would be over 100,000 women and 20,000 men who suffer from this in America alone. This would explain the

endless supply of personal accounts on YouTube and Twitter. Facebook groups about Targeted Individuals have memberships numbering in the thousands These accounts include respected and credentialed people like Dr. Matthew Aaron, who we’ll talk more about later, a neurobiologist and toxicologist with published academic papers. With there being a large number of claimed victims and plenty of personal accounts, the importance of looking at this phenomena is a settled issue. But even if millions of people claim to see ghosts, that doesn’t mean ghosts are real. The real question with gangstalking victims is if this is all in their head. Is it a mental disease, specifically schizophrenia? To answer this, we turn to an interesting account by a supposed victim. John Christiana “Jack” is a self-described Targeted Individual who believes to have become one after a dispute with some people online over his claim to be the first man to climb all seven continental summits. After that he

appeared to be tortured by energy weapons or DEWs Knowing that many would GANGSTALKING: A REAL PHENOMENON discount his experience as being a product of schizophrenia, he got a brain scan and a doctor’s note to prove he didn’t have it. saying Jack has a normal brain There is a clearly something happening to Jack and it isn’t “all in his head.” Perhaps, by coincidence, some electrical problem is happening in his house causing him pains in his body thus the invisible force harming him. But given the series of events, it could be that one of his online disagreements caused someone to “hunt” him down and attack Jack with these energy weapons. There are definitely plenty of crazy people in this world who commit crimes all the time, especially if they think they’ll get away with it. Why wouldn’t they commit electronic harassment crimes as well if they thought they could get away with it? But do such weapons exist that we know of? GANGSTALKING: A REAL PHENOMENON 13 History of Electronic Weapons Do such weapons exist? Of course they do. With the of CEO of Lockheed Martin, a private military contractors, boasting that “[a]nything you can imagine, we already know how to do” leaves no doubt at least the

US military has such technology. A simple google search will give you a plethora of advance, invisible attack weapons available to militaries around the world that include laser systems, Active Denial Systems (ADS; microwave “heat rays”), and sonic weapons. 12 But have they been used on the general population? Here are two examples from the past: The Moscow Signal13 is where Russia aimed microwaves at US citizens in the US embassy. Here is the shocking part, the American government knew it was happening and didn’t tell their employees as they wanted to see the health effects of this prolonged exposure. The US government at the time had no reservations about having energy weapons used on their own citizens and employees if it would give them some kind of informational edge. Despite the Wikipedia article currently stating that there were no adverse health effects, other news reports stated a high incident of cancer for the victims. 14 (The frequencies used on them are close to the

same frequencies used in your WiFi router. While that doesn’t sound so bad, studies have been showing that these frequencies aren’t good for your health (Pall, 2018). That could explain the high cancer rates) This lasted for over 20 years (from the 1950s to the 1970s). 1970s. In Eugene, Oregon, citizens got blasted with about 500,000 watts of radio waves at 475 MHz 15 Even though these are radio waves and not microwaves (microwaves start at 300 MHz), they were powerful enough to burn citizen’s skin and produce audible clicking in their heads. So anyone giving a “non-ionizing radiation is safe” argue doesn’t understand the science. When people say that, ask them to stick their head in a microwave and turn it on. Anyway, the signal was tracked back to a landlocked Naval base in California. (Apparently, the Navy has land bases that specialize in radio transmission) While, of course, the Navy claimed that this was mistake, the fact that these radiation beams aimed at the city didn’t stop until they got caught should raise suspicion. It sounds like this was a continuation of collecting experimental data on human subjects after the US embassy in Russia microwaves were stopped. (The microwaves in Russia stopped in 1976 and this incident started in

1978) The main argument with electromagnetic waves is the lower the frequency, the less (or no) damage it will do to a human body. Sounds to me like the Navy wanted to test how much power they can put in a radio wave before it did do harm to people. Finally, in the 1980s, UK women protesting the US for putting an Air Force military base in their country reported getting hit by microwaves. 16 They hired a signals expert to measure the frequencies to confirm that they were getting hit by microwaves when a certain van drove by them. This proves that these weapons can go through walls or at the very least windows as it came from inside the van. (This isn’t surprising as your WiFi router uses microwaves (roughly 2400 to 2500 MHz) to transmit data through your walls. And if you’re curious, your oven uses 2450 MHz to cook your food And, no, the microwaves do not have to be powerful enough to heat your body before it starts doing damage to you 15 Thoele, M. The radiation sickness at the protests started in 1984 I imagine there is some radiation/radio wave testing group in the military where they spend a year or a few to pick their unknowing test subjects.) GANGSTALKING: A REAL PHENOMENON 16 Modern Evidence of Electronic Weapons Clearly, these weapons would have only advanced with time. But is there any modern evidence of these weapons being used? Yes, there is. First there is something called “Havana syndrome”, 17 which describes the symptoms from an attack on US embassy employees in Cuba in 2017. It isn’t certain if these were sonic or electromagnetic in nature, but energy weapons were clearly used on these US employees just like in Russia back in the 1950s. A similar situation happened to US embassy employees in China a year later in 2018 Again, it isn’t clear the type of energy weapons

used other than it had to be a device that can penetrate walls. (Some believe the CIA was behind the attacks to break down talks with nations considered hostile to the US to make sure we always have “enemies” out there and a large budget for our national defense and, in turn, the CIA. This is hypothesized as the CIA in Cuba was uncooperative with the FBI when they started to investigate the matter. They’re supposed to be on the same team In fact, there was “[a] joke circulated in diplomatic circles: ‘The Cubans are being more open about this investigation with the FBI than the CIA is.’”18) While those attacks are mostly speculative, we do have one with solid evidence coming from Dr. Matthew Aaron. From his YouTube video, 19 we have what appears to be the weapon’s barrel exit pattern etched into his window after steaming his apartment trying to protect himself from microwaves attacks (water can absorb certain microwave frequencies and that’s how your microwave oven

While this is solid evidence, shouldn’t we expect more evidence like this with so many people claiming to be victims and the ability to buy detection hardware online (other people have come forward with the same pattern etched into their window but it isn’t as well documented as Dr. Matthew Aaron’s video)? The problem is, even though it is easier to buy EMF (electronic meter frequency) devices nowadays because of the Internet, these modern attacks use frequencies not easily detectable. Most EMF meters range from 50 MHz (or 0.05 GHz) to about 6 GHz It is believed that these attacks are in the 18 to 50 GHz band if not

Besides finding out how widespread this is and the type of weapons used, there isn’t much need for more evidence. But what about being followed and harassed overt without energy weapons? We seem to have clear evidence of that as well. One YouTuber uploaded a video21 claiming to have been followed and harassed by a large pickup truck. The YouTuber then got the trucker to pull over First thing the trucker did was to tell him he’s calling the cops though the YouTuber did nothing wrong when confronting him. Seems more like to a scare tactic to say you’re calling the cops once the guy confronted him 21 [the iceman cometh]. (2015, June 24)

You can’t definitively say the trucker is a gangstalker, but why pick on the one guy in the town who claims to get gangstalked all the time? This YouTuber also has other videos uploaded that show clearly bizarre behavior of people in his area. Dr. Matthew Aaron also gives accounts of gangstalking without energy weapons while trying to go over the Canadian border into America with a bus shortly after he was first attacked in his apartment.22 (He did experience energy weapons once he was on the bus) It’s like he was on some type of gangstalking list. 22 Aaron, M. While she never got video recording of the incidents, she was able to get audio recordings and there were people in her house making noises. I doubt anyone would do this unless they were certain they wouldn’t get caught. This means there was probably advanced surveillance technology used on her house and/or sophisticated teams of people being deployed. With no reason give for someone to do this to her and nothing stolen, it was probably some type of surveillance training. But it was the government or someone else? there is no definitive proof, when you combine this with all the personal accounts and videos you can find on the Internet there is no denying that gangstalking is real. Even if the number of actual victims is as low as 10% of the experiences reports, that’s enough people to warrant an investigation and for the matter to be taken seriously. GANGSTALKING: A REAL PHENOMENON 26 History of Gangstalking But does the human race have a history of gangstalking others that supports this behavior in the modern

age? Yes, it does exist. It’s called “Zersetzung” 24 It involved the Stasi of East Germany harassing people considered enemies of the state. The tactics used included: “[the] Stasi assured itself of access to the targets living quarters and left visible traces of its presence, by adding, removing, and modifying objects such as the socks in one’s drawer, or by altering the time that an alarm clock was set to go off.”; “[] psychological attacks, in a form of gaslighting. Other practices included property damage, sabotage of cars, purposely incorrect medical treatment, smear campaigns including sending falsified compromising photos or documents to the victims family, denunciation, provocation, psychological warfare, psychological subversion, wiretapping, and bugging.”; “The Stasi used Zersetzung tactics on individuals and groups. There was no particular homogeneous target group, as opposition in the GDR came from a number of different sources. Tactical plans were thus

separately adapted to each perceived threat.”; and possible energy weapons as well: “It has not been definitely established that the Stasi used X-rays to provoke long-term health problems in its opponents. That said, Rudolf Bahro, Gerulf Pannach, and Jürgen Fuchs, three important dissidents who had been imprisoned at the same time, died of cancer within an interval of two years.” Furthermore, the people targeted were done so for no real good reason other than that they might be opposition for the government. This included: “people making collective visa applications for travel abroad, artists groups critical of the government, religious opposition groups, youth subculture groups, [and] groups that supported them (human rights and peace organizations).” Finally, they “also occasionally used Zersetzung on non-political organizations regarded as undesirable.” I imagine that would also occasional include the undesirable individual as well Thus to answer the “why do you

Like most bullies, they seem to go after the easy victims and those without connections in government. Also like most bullies, a lot of this is probably done more for fun and to abuse their power in government rather than to go after actual threats. (Speaking of Germany, not only did the CIA employ Nazis to spy for them in Europe but they were knowingly given entry to the United States. 25 While it is unknown whether the CIA, Nazis, gangstalking, and Zersetzung are all connected, it is certainly worth noting.) So, yes, there is clearly a history of gangstalking in our western culture. But who could be behind all of this in the modern age? Like the Stasis and East Germany, is it the government?

A Logical Conclusion Is it the government or is there some other group behind this abuse? Government is often compared to a mafia because you have to pay your dues (taxes) and they use force (gun/laws) that you must obey. Yes, you have some ability to appeal or argue with the government, but ultimately you must obey. Just how you can ask for a favor from a made man but if they say “no” then you have no option but to comply with the mafia or face dire consequences. So what does this have to do with gangstalking? Well, when it came to its dirty work, the made men of the mafia would never be the ones to pull the trigger, that’s why they were so hard to jail for those crimes, but would give orders to underlings. And the people who did the work weren’t exactly the

upstanding citizen type. But they did enjoy doing it as it gave them a certain level of immunity from the mafia and power over the public at large. I believe it is a similar situation here. The CIA has a history of working with the mafia to do its dirty work and doing drug trafficking with the cartel. 26 So the CIA is probably used to using criminals and various low-lives to pull off certain operations. The US military has a literal army of people and veterans to give assignments to. Like the underlings of the mafia, you don’t exactly have to be an upstanding citizen to join the military, especially if you’ll do their dirty work. Thus, I believe there are essentially two gangstalking groups: 1.) the criminals who are given advanced technology to torture undesirable citizens and 2.) agents from different parts of the federal government who initiate the program and sometimes do the torture themselves. The criminals are confident in torturing people they don’t like, but who are not

This would be why Dr. Matthew Aaron is no longer a TI Most TIs will tell you that the program is for life. And if this is because you are now on a government list for being an undesirable it would make sense as you would have no way to appeal or get off the list as it is all done in secret. But if that’s the case, why is Matthew no longer tortured? The answer is he was never on a government list but on the bad side of the criminals’ with the technology for

standing up to them. (You can hear more about Dr Matthew Aaron’s story and how he became a target in this YouTube video. 27) Sure, he was targeted and stalked for a time, but the criminals probably got bored, distracted, probably didn’t want to chase him to another country unless they were getting paid, and/or went after easier victims. The US government would be different as they have a nationwide and almost worldwide infrastructure and trained employees who must obey orders even when they don’t feel like it. Furthermore, Matthew Aaron called himself a “friend of the government” in a video and coordinates rallies in Washington D.C as he is hoping government will put an end to electronic harassment. So clearly he isn’t anti-government or doing anything that would put him on a government list. Besides that, he probably pays a good amount of taxes from his job since he has a doctorate. Governments don’t want to go after someone who financially supports them. Unless he leaks

government secrets, there’s no real reason for them to go after the doctor. Like East Germany, they only go after those who don’t support their system of control Even when the doctor lost his high paying job because of targeting, he quickly got a minimum wage job washing cars thus he would never be considered “not contributing to society” (i.e not paying taxes) Just like the mafia and any for-profit business, it is all about the money, even for the government. And there is evidence that this does exist and that several agencies/departments participate in the it. First, the NSA Karen Stewart, a former NSA employee, said after she started to whistle blow

and report corruption that she started to experience gangstalking. 28 Later, when she argued on Twitter with the NSA director at the time is when she started to get energy weapons used on her. (That is a very typical pattern we see with TIs: First, they use gangstalking on you And, then, if you still persist in your actions, they use DEWs on you.) Karen comes off as a very reliable and honest person. Either the NSA does gangstalking or is willing to employ an agency that does That brings me to the CIA. There is testimonial evidence of the CIA having their personnel and contractors use energy weapons on U.S citizens For that, we look towards TI Jesus Mendoza to find out more. After exposing fraud and corruption in a college, he started to get gangstalked: “Mendoza was the subject of pervasive harassment, illegal searches, attempts of entrapment, and attempts to run over.” It turned out the administrators he was trying to expose had connections to people in the Bush administration.

Like Karen, it eventually moved on to electronic harassment when Mendoza refused to back down. However, being a lawyer, what he went to that school for, and having obtained evidence through laser scanners and various electromagnetic meters he was able to file court motions to expose what was going on. He “uncovered shocking evidence in a lawsuit he recently filed that the CIA and NSA are authorizing the use of this weaponry against innocent Americans”.29 Mendoza also got an admission “from the federal attorney in the lawsuit I filed against the U.S government that the CIA has targeted me and these weapons are being used against me and my family.” This is further corroborated by another a person, Carl Clark, who claims to have worked for several intelligence 28 Zanna, G. There you go Clearly, the CIA is involved in gangstalking and using energy weapons on U.S citizens who have been found guilty of nothing in the court of law Interestingly, Mendoza also has evidence of FBI involvement as he stated that: “I also have included in my lawsuit a sworn statement from an FBI agent who verified that he was ordered to use electronic weaponry on innocent citizens as a part of a government program.” Even if the FBI changed their mind on the program, at the very least the FBI knows about it and isn’t telling the public. Mendoza’s gangstalking and DEW attacks started in the late 1990s. With Carl Clark’s testimony and Mendoza’s experience, it appears the US government’s modus

operandi moved from targeting groups of people with microwaves in the 1980s to the select individuals. Besides the Department of Homeland Security, the above are the intelligence agencies that the public are most aware of and they are all involved one way or another in gangstalking and energy weapon attacks. There is an interesting article claiming that private contractors, like Lockheed Martin, are involved.32 Given how much access and authority they are given within the government

(the leaks documents Snowden obtained was while he was a private contractor, not as an employee of the NSA) they at the very least must also know about the program. So what about the U.S military? First, keep in mind that the NSA is part of the US military They’re the US military’s cyber intelligence. (The CIA, however, is technically independent of the military.) But are the specific branches of the Navy, Army, Marines, Air force, Coast Guard and Space Force involved? While I definitely don’t have information on the Space Force or the Coast Guard, there does seem to be clear evidence of the military’s involvement. First, don’t forget about the attacks on Eugene, Oregon by the U.S Navy and on the UK women protesting the American Air Force base. But the best evidence I have for it involving the US military is my own. My gangstalking started with police officers who were ex-military trying to run me out of town Even though I left, I came back. When I didn’t stay away, then

they started to use energy weapons on me, just like Karen and Mendoza. Even after I left for good, I kept coming across people who appeared to be veterans wearing clothing that said “U.S Army” watching me or giving me dirty looks I even had people dressed in military uniforms follow me around. My energy weapon torture continued from cars and trucks with “U.S Marines” and “Semper Fi” decals on them Or it came from an apartment with someone who I knew was in the U.S Marines Sonic weapon torture came from a white helicopter, the same camouflage color (that and light blue) the Air Force uses on drones that they don’t want to be seen, while hiding behind a large tree in my backyard. Later, that same type of black helicopter was doing tight circles a few feet above my apartment (I lived on the top floor) causing my whole apartment to shake. Basically, all departments of the military were involved in my gangstalking. Keep in mind that all of this happened after my phone got hacked (I think it was from the same police officers who were ex-military trying to run me off). My phone was linked to an account that had a film I was working on that heavily criticized the U.S military, the CIA, and government in general You can read more of my story here 33 (the name on this paper you’re reading is a pen name). (Also, during my gangstalking it included individuals who many would clearly identify as criminals at first sight like someone with

gang-like tattoos all over their bodies including their face. This further supports the CIA or other government entities hiring criminals to do gangstalking operations.) Another personal story that shows it is coming from people within the U.S military but not all of them. Robert Stanson is a former army officer from San Diego that got into an argument with a neighbor. Next thing he knows he got a post on Facebook with a person saying that “I’m going to ruin your life and run you out of town. My dad is a Navy SEAL” Apparently that neighbor of his is part of a Navy SEAL family. After that, he got tortured, and continues to get tortured to this day, with electronic weapons.34 There you go, it includes people in the U.S military That means this program pervades just about all of the executive branch. If what they say is true about fusion centers (join operations between DHS and your local law enforcement) as well as personal accounts of being gangstalked by the police and what I saw

Your local criminals also play a part as their patsy and will engage in their own gangstalking harassment as they have the technology and protection of the government to a degree. Even if it is only the CIA and they are trying to make it looks like other agencies are involved (like hiring veterans as, what we learned form Carl Clark, freelancers) then, based off of Karen’s and Mendoza’s testimony, the

other government departments know about and use the CIA’s gangstalking program. The CIA in turn uses their criminal network/freelancers/private contractors to gangstalk US citizens. Then, at a minimum, the other parts of the federal government are guilty of knowing about such crimes and hiding them from the public. I imagine other agencies using the CIA would have to do with the CIA always getting special exemptions in federal laws (read it, the code is riddled with them) and that is probably a result of their blackmail program on congressmen. But that’s an entirely separate research paper. One thing I didn’t mention is secret societies. While many TIs mention secret societies being behind it all, we don’t have enough evidence to make any claims. The only link is the testimony from former secret society members that most or many police officers and military personnel are in secret societies, in particular the Freemasons. Though this statement is probably true, it isn’t enough

evidence to link them to gangstalking in general. However, we do have enough evidence to open up an investigation (though it’ll probably be suppressed) and that might expose any group that is behind this government program. To stop this phenomenon you’ll need large-scale protests (which I find very unlikely) or a very large class action lawsuit that the media and public can’t ignore. While the latter is also unlike, it is the GANGSTALKING: A REAL PHENOMENON 35 best option for Targeted Individuals. Any individual lawsuit would be too easy for the government and criminals to suppress. The only other option, which Targeted Individuals can’t really help with, is hoping someone will leak information in a Snowden-like way. Edward Snowden was a very rare instance as not only was he genius but learned from other NSA whistleblowers how the government fights dirty. Most NSA whistleblowers were ignored, shutdown/arrested, or became a Targeted Individual themselves. Again, the best

bet to stop this is with a class action lawsuit that can’t be shutdown by just by silencing one person.
