Coffee Types Coffee Making: When we talk about coffee making, we mean the withdrawing of the materials of the coffee beans. We make essence from the coffee grist with water or steam which contains volatile oil beside the coloring and the flavor materials. Coffee drinks: Espresso: It is a strong, racy with short liquor. Coffee mixed with milk, its color is light brown Scummy Coffee: It is strong, served in glass, with a little whipped cream on the top of it. Melange: It is a mixture of coffee and milk in 50-50 proportion. Little Brown and Big Brown: It is the variation of the black ones and mixed with milk or whipped cream
