Here are more phrases you can use when answering the frequent interview questions. What else could you say? Do arrive for your interview 15 minutes early. 1. Can you tell me a little bit about yourself? 1. Just to fill you in on some of the background. Don’t ask about salary and benefits until the subject is brought up by your interviewer. 2. Why should we recruit you? Do be prepared for typical interview questions. Don’t come across as being too calm and relaxed. Do show a positive attitude, confidence and energy. Do find out as much as you can about the employer and your interviewer. Do have questions prepared to ask the interviewer. Don’t speak too
much or appear desperate for the job. Do talk in terms of what you can do for the employer rather then what the employer can do for you. 3. What do you know about our company? 4.
